Check-in starts at 4 PM, and we strive to accommodate early arrivals where possible—just let our Guest Services team know your ETA.

Check-out is at 11 AM, but feel free to use our parking until 3 PM on your departure day. For an even smoother process, take advantage of our mobile check-in and check-out services provided via links in your pre-arrival and post-arrival emails.

Yes, our Studio Suites and Standard Hotel Rooms can connect to create spacious accommodations for up to eight people, complete with kitchens and two bathrooms—ideal for larger families or groups.

Our accommodations are spread across two distinct lodges - the Powder and Keg Lodges, located just 45 meters (50 yards) apart. Each lodge provides secure parking and ski storage for our guests.

Yes, secure ski storage is available in both lodges. Bike storage is provided at the Keg Lodge in a locked, guest-accessible room equipped with surveillance for added security. Please bring a lock for your bike.

On-site, covered, secure parking is available at $32 plus GST per night. Please note parking is limited and not guaranteed during peak seasons. While we currently don't have dedicated EV charging stations, we can accommodate charging via a regular mains outlet if circumstances allow.

We welcome dogs in designated pet-friendly rooms. A fee of $30 plus GST per day applies. We provide a welcome pack, including a dog bowl, poop bags, and a toy. Please ensure your dog is accompanied at all times during your stay.

While we don’t have our own restaurant, we're located in the same building as The Keg Steakhouse, where our guests enjoy a 10% discount. Thanks to our central location in Whistler Village, you will find plenty of dining options nearby. Our knowledgeable and friendly Guest Services team is happy to assist with reservations or delivery services.

Many of our suites feature balconies. If a private outdoor space is a priority for you, please let our Guest Services team know, and we'll do our best to meet your needs.

Our Studio and some Loft Suites feature Murphy beds, which are wall-mounted, and easily fold out for use. Assistance is available if needed.

Yes, guest laundry facilities are available in both lodges, operable with a credit card. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available at reception upon request.

Our rooms are equipped with bulk dispensers for Hydrobasic Smartcare shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to minimize plastic use. We also offer Be Clean Naturally hand soap, sustainably produced and packaged. Essential toiletries like toothbrushes and razors are available at reception upon request.

Each guest room is equipped with recycling bins. While we do not currently offer food composting, we encourage guests to help us maintain our commitment to reducing waste by separating recyclables.

Yes, our Keg Lodge features a pool deck with an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available for use year-round. The lodge also has a dry sauna, poolside dining tables and BBQs during summer.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult is $25. Children 18 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult.
