Pet Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, here’s what you need to know about our pet-friendly accommodations:
- Designated Dog-Friendly Suites: We offer special accommodations for your furry family members, but remember, these suites are in high demand! Be sure to book your pet-friendly suite in advance.
- Dogs Welcome: We’re a dog-only hotel, ensuring a comfortable environment for our guests, and their canine companions.
- Pet Policy: A non-refundable fee of $30 per dog, per day applies. Keep your pets supervised at all times and use our provided walking trails for exercise and relief. We allow up to two dogs per room (based on availability).
- Room Care: Please don’t leave dogs unattended in your suite. Our Guest services team can assist you in finding a pet sitting service in Whistler if needed.
- Safety First: Keep your dog leashed or crated in public hotel areas. A special “Pets on Vacation - Do Not Disturb” sign is available to let our housekeeping team know your pet is in the room.
- Keeping It Clean: Help us keep the hotel clean by using the waste bags from your “Pet on Vacation” Welcome Kit. If an accident occurs, please contact housekeeping immediately to manage any necessary cleaning.
- Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the Health & Fitness Center, the pool and hot tub area, or indoor meeting and function spaces.
- Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any personal injuries or property damage caused by their pets and for ensuring pet waste is cleaned up both inside the hotel and on the grounds.
